A few good things to know
What counts as a personalized lesson?
A lesson prepared for your selected languages and topic when it isn’t already available. Preparing its missing parts counts as one lesson, not one per part. Complete lessons can also be available to other learners; they aren’t private or individually profile-adapted.
How do allowances work?
Use your practice across all your languages, with no daily limit on preparing lessons within your allowance. Monthly allowances reset each billing month and don’t roll over. A pass provides its allowances for 30 days. Extra-practice allowances don’t expire. There are no automatic extra charges.
What can I use offline?
Download lessons with Plus or a 30-day pass. Reconnect periodically to verify your active access. Translations, teacher conversations, and preparing new lessons need a connection.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel future renewals in Account → Plan and usage or through your Paddle receipt. Access continues through the paid period. For refunds, read our Refund Policy.
